Faculty and Students from Tokyo University of Agriculture Visit Coconut Breeze Damnoen Saduak
Coconut Breeze Damnoen Saduak Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of 21 faculty members and students from Tokyo University of Agriculture, Japan, for a study visit on Thai agribusiness.

On 1 September 2026, Coconut Breeze Damnoen Saduak Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of 21 faculty members and students from Tokyo University of Agriculture (Tokyo NODAI), Japan, hosted in cooperation with Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus.
The visit formed part of a Thai Agribusiness learning programme, intended to give students an understanding of how Thailand's agricultural business sector is structured — covering production, processing, distribution, agricultural marketing, and the inputs that support the country's farming sector.
During the visit, the faculty and students followed the company's operations end to end: receiving and selecting aromatic coconuts from the orchards, grading and preparing the crop, processing within the factory, and managing products for both domestic and international markets.
The group also discussed the role of private operators in connecting farmers, communities, factories and markets — a critical link in the agricultural supply chain — along with the practices used to maintain aromatic coconut standards and quality in line with market requirements.
The study visit offered a further opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience in agribusiness between Thailand and Japan, giving students a view of how a Thai private-sector company operates in practice, from the source of raw material through to processing and international marketing.
Coconut Breeze Damnoen Saduak Co., Ltd. was pleased to share its experience and knowledge of the Thai aromatic coconut industry, and hopes the visit proves valuable for the students' learning and for future academic cooperation.
